Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Tax Consultant who prioritizes work-life balance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide expert tax advice and solutions to a diverse clientele, including individuals, nonprofits, corporations, and partnerships, ensuring compliance and maximizing tax benefits while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough tax research and analysis for individual, corporate, nonprofit, and partnership clients.
Prepare and review tax returns to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Advise clients on tax strategies and planning opportunities to minimize tax liability.
Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive service delivery.
Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to provide accurate guidance and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
Proven experience in tax consulting and preparation for individuals, nonprofits, corporations, and partnerships.
Strong client communication skills and the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
