In this role, you will oversee all aspects of quality assurance within the department, ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in mentoring the team, driving process enhancements, and maintaining the highest industry standards.

Must haves:

- 10 years of experience in Quality

- 3 years of experience in Management or Supervisor role

- 5+ years of experience in an AS9100 environment

- 1+ year of experience in aerospace

- Bachelors Degree
