Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage civil construction projects from start to finish.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction management.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
Experience with project management software and tools.
Familiarity with HeavyBid, Bluebeam, or CAD is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
