Project Manager/Business Developer - Civil Construction

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Developer to lead our civil construction projects and drive business growth. This position requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to analyze market opportunities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the company's market presence.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and projects.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Engage in project acquisition, negotiating contracts and securing new business.
Collaborate with estimating teams to prepare competitive bids.
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and industry standards in all projects.
Manage field operations, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors as necessary.
Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster future business opportunities.
Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction.
Strong skills in business development and market analysis.
Knowledge of project delivery methods and estimating processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience with project management software, preferably Unanet.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
