Position Overview
The Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within a food manufacturing facility. This role involves ensuring the machinery and equipment are running efficiently through effective maintenance strategies, including preventive maintenance, while leading a team of maintenance technicians.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities of the manufacturing equipment and systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support as needed.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports, analyzing data to improve processes.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and techniques.
Experience in food manufacturing is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues quickly and efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant technical certifications or degree in engineering or a related field.
