Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician
Location: Heber Springs, AR
Salary: $25 - $35 per hour (DOE)
Requirements: Hands-on experience troubleshooting/repairing CNC machines or similar manufacturing equipment / Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, hydraulics, mechanical / Previous experience working within a manufacturing plant or factory environment

- Knowledge of OSHA regulation (Helpful)
- Basic Knowledge of AC/DC electricity 24v 480v (Helpful)
- Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical problems on CNC machines and other production equipment
- Replace motors, pumps, cylinders
- Maintain all machine safety guarding
- Performs daily, weekly, and monthly tasks on equipment as assigned by schedules or instructions
- Provide troubleshooting, debugging, and repair of production problems with machines and tooling
- Perform machine and related equipment maintenance
- Support training and development of operators
- Work to maintain production schedule & discipline
- Work with quality control department on any quality problems
- Post High School training or degree/diploma (Trade School, Technical School, A.S., or B.S. degree)
- Strong hands-on knowledge with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric processes
- Hands-on knowledge working with CNC machines
- Basic Knowledge of AC/DC electricity 24v 480v
- Understanding of machine logic operating systems (Plus)
