IP Litigation Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled IP Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law, particularly in patent litigation, and will be responsible for advising and representing clients in complex IP disputes. This role requires a combination of legal expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to understand technical aspects of inventions and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in intellectual property litigation cases, including patent disputes.
Conduct legal research and analysis on various IP issues.
Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
Collaborate with technical experts and engineers to understand the details of the technology involved in cases.
Negotiate settlements and handle alternative dispute resolution processes.
Stay updated on relevant IP laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IP litigation, particularly patent law.
Strong understanding of software engineering and related technologies.
Experience with USPTO processes and procedures.
Background in life sciences or semiconductor industries is a plus.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
