Fire Protection Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fire Protection Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of fire protection projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage fire protection projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project requirements and objectives.
Conduct site assessments and develop comprehensive project plans that include design specifications, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Supervise project teams and provide guidance to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and financial forecasts, to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in project management within the fire protection industry.
Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, and related safety regulations.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
