Concrete Superintendent

Position Overview
The Concrete Superintendent will oversee all concrete operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves managing teams, coordinating with other trades, and maintaining high-quality standards for concrete work.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate concrete operations on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage and lead the concrete crew and subcontractors.
Schedule and plan concrete pours and related activities.
Coordinate with project managers and other trades for project timelines.
Monitor and maintain inventory of concrete materials and supplies.
Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with safety regulations in the construction industry.
