Position Overview
The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in driving growth for our company by bringing in new commercial clients. This position focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing accounts, and building relationships with potential clients to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect new business opportunities for disaster restoration services.
Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and market share.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
Attend industry events and networking functions to build relationships and promote our brand.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably within disaster restoration or a similar industry.
Strong account management skills with a focus on client relationships.
Excellent prospecting skills and ability to identify and engage potential clients.
Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
